Booking fees and Prepayments
- For all seasons to secure the booking, a prepayment equal to 30 % of the total value of your stay is required, via either a bank deposit or a valid credit card.
- The balance of 70% should be settled the latest 55 days before the arrival date
- During the seasons, a minimum stay policy is the house rule for designated periods.
- Whatever the rate given, it includes the applicable local taxes and vat.
- In the rate is included the cleaning services of one day every 3 days.
- Additional services like cook, guide, etc., are possible subject to prior arrangements at an extra charge (s).
- Insurance policies should be set in place before arrival either for the guests or for the property at an extra charge, unless the client’s broker covers them.
- At an extra charge there is available in the basement of the property via a separate private entrance, additional two rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a share kitchenette.
- For any modification or cancellation prior of 70 days from the arrival date there are no cancellation fees.
- From 70 to 55 days before arrival the full value of your stay has to be settle in advance via either a bank deposit or a valid credit card.
- For cancellations within the period of 70 to 55 days before arrival, 30% of your total booking is reserved.
- For cancellations within the period of 55 days before arrival, non-show or early departure, the total price, i.e.: the 100%, of your booking is reserved.
- Subject to management approval, some cancellations within the penalty period might be transferrable to a different period, please contact us by email.
- Check Out 11.00 – Check In 16.00
- Late check in – early check out, are offered upon arrangement
